These terms apply to your use of Ganttry, the project scheduling app at app.ganttry.org, during its beta. By using Ganttry you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].

The beta

Ganttry is in beta: it is still being built, and features may change, be added or be removed.

Plans

• Trying Ganttry needs no account; your work then stays in your browser, and saving to Google Drive, export and printing are not included.
• Free is for anyone who signs up, for as long as Ganttry offers it, with one project in Google Drive and without printing. Personal and Business are paid plans, described with their prices on the pricing page. Paid plans have not started yet.
• People who only view a project shared with them do not need a paid plan.
• Beta members, the first 500 people to sign up during the beta, get Business free for 12 months from signing up, and then a founding member price of half the regular price for as long as their paid plan continues without a break.
• Invitations: when someone signs up with your invitation link, you each get one month of Business free, up to six months for the person inviting. Invitations are for real people; accounts created to collect free months may lose them.
• Nobody is charged without choosing a paid plan, and we will announce prices and payment in good time before they start. We may change what Free includes, with notice.

Your account and your projects

• You sign up and sign in with your Google account, and are responsible for what happens under it. One account per person.
• Your projects are yours. They are saved in your own Google Drive, and Ganttry only uses them to provide its features to you and the people you share them with. Our privacy policy explains the details.
• Keep your own copies of important plans. Google Drive keeps versions of your files, and Ganttry can export them as Project XML.

Fair use

Do not use Ganttry to break the law, to upload files you have no right to use, to try to get around its security or its plans, or to overload it, for example by sending large numbers of files to the converter automatically. We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.

No warranty

Ganttry is provided as it is, especially during the beta. We work to keep it reliable and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available, free of errors, or that schedules it calculates are right for your purposes. Check important dates yourself.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or missed deadlines, arising from using Ganttry, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or AUD 100 if that is more. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, such as the Australian Consumer Law.

Ending

You can stop using Ganttry at any time and disconnect it from your Google account. We may end the beta or the service, and will give reasonable notice where we can; your projects stay in your Google Drive.

Trademarks

Microsoft Project is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation, and Google Drive and Google Workspace are trademarks of Google LLC. Ganttry can read and write their file formats for compatibility; it is not affiliated with or endorsed by either company.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell users in the app. Continuing to use Ganttry after a change means you accept it.
